Content guidelines for xPro dealers

xPro Dealers may use the xHP logo and content published across on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) , for their own purposepurposes.

Please follow the guidelines below , to ensure a fair competition between dealers:

• Users must be able to easily distinguish between a dealer - page and our own xHP Flashtool page. This applies to ANY social media platform and/or website.

• The use Use of the xHP logo as a profile picture is not allowed.The use of

• Using the xHP Logo logo or xHP content as the main picture on image at the top of your Facebook Page is not allowed.Wordings like “xHP /Social Media page is prohibited.

• Phrases such as "xHP <<my_country, region etc.>>” >>" or similar as names for Social Media social media pages are not allowed.

• Re-Posts posts of our social media content must be clearly recognizeable recognisable as re-postposts! Do not copy/share without your own comment and message.

• Reserving domains which include “xHP”, “xHP-flashtool” or similar wordings is strictly forbiddenthat contain "xHP", "xHP-flashtool" or similar phrases is strictly prohibited. Examples of unwanted domains are “xhpundesirable domains include "xhp-germany.com”com", “xhp"xhp-flashtool.com”, “xhpflasher.com”com" and "xhpflasher.com".

• Using the name “xhp” "xHP" or similar wordings in your email address is also strictly forbidden.

xHP BACKEND FOR DEALERS

Policies for xPro dealers

It is xHP policy that customers can come to the workshop (= “flashpoint”) of the xHP dealer of their choice to have their vehicle flashed on-site in a workshop by a professional tuner. The tuner has all the equipment and expertise, so the customer does not have to flash the car by himself.

Dealers use their own devices to log into the xHP app and flash their customers' cars. These devices should be used on-site in the workshop. Usually, five devices are enough for all workshop employees.

Regarding these points, remote flashing is NOT xHP policy! We limited the number of devices to 5 to prevent possible fraudulent behaviour.

Do not share your account information. If someone else flashes a car without you knowing using your account information, you will still have to pay for it as if you flashed it yourself.
Sharing accounts with other companies or individuals is strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate termination of your account.

If you own more than one workshop, you can open separate xPro accounts in addition to the initial xPro account. You can use five devices to flash for each xPro account with its workshop. Contact us at support@xAutomotive.com if you have more than one flashpoint or have further questions.

Do NOT sell xProducts in your webshop. It is strictly against xHP policies that end users buy Dealer Credits. Customers should come to your workshop to have their car flashed, and they should pay you directly. You can purchase the xHP dealer credits from xHP via our website or the app.
You CAN use the xHP logo and content, but there must always be a clear distinction between the dealer and xHP pages.

Backend for xPro dealers

The backend is the central hub for downloading and managing your xHP Pro xPro account and , which can be reached under accessed at http://pro.xhpflashtool.com.

Registration / First Steps

Dashboard

After you log into your xHP account (via the app or desktop), you will be greeted by the xHP Pro xPro Dashboard.

The Dashboard is provides an overview of your xHP customers and their vehicles. You Here, you can edit customer name names and vehicle plates here and bring up your invoices. The backend will create one invoice per vehicle.

Flashpoints on dealer map

Every registered xHP Pro xPro tuner has their its own “Flashpoint”“Flashpoint.” This is the address of their the workshop which is , shown on the dealer map on the xHP website.

Flashpoints are key to getting customers to your site. Over 30.000 people visit our website every month. When they look for a workshop nearby, they enter their address and the nearest flashpoints are shown on the dealer map. That way, customers know , they can visit you to get an xHP tune.

If you have more than one workshop, please contact us at support@rbttuningsupport@xAutomotive.com with your subsidiary - address, and we create another flashpoint for you. Be sure to provide all the details (company name, phone, address, city, country, etc.)

Please do also contact us , if you don’t want your address to be shown on the dealer map.

You will find your active flashpoints in on the xHP Pro xPro dealer backend.

Billing

As soon as all your credits are used up, we use the PayPal billing engine to generate invoices. Therefore, it is mandatory to have a PayPal account and pay your bills over this account. The dealer backend will forward every invoice to your mailbox, including a payment link.

That means, you don’t have to login to our backend each time, but can conveniently pay through the PayPal web interface or the PayPal app on your mobile device.

The first vehicle unlock (after the initial Credit pack) has to be paid instantly, before a second vehicle can be unlocked. Afterwards you will get a credit of 10 vehicles. However, the app will lock, once the vehicle limit is reached and one or more of the bills is outstanding, or if one of your bills is due more than 21 days.

InfoPlease make sure to always settle your bills in a timely manner. Your account will lock after the billing period has expired

Credits

On this page you can see:

• your current Credit Balance

• The number of credits required to unlock each transmission type

• A quick link to purchase Universal Credits directly form teh “Credits” page

• Old xPro invoices

You might see invoices for purchases made via PayPal in the past.

Settings/Profile

Here This is where you can seeview/edit your billing address. By default, this is the address you entered when registering your company and this is also the address , which is used to automatically create your first Flashpoint . However, you may automatically.

You can change the billing address billing address at any time. This won’t have any effect on won't affect your Flashpoint address. All cars vehicles flashed through this account will be billed to the main address. xHP won’t won't bill to subsidiaries.

You either buy Credits upfront in our Webshop, or receive a PayPal invoice for each vehicle after unlock.

xPro Dealer - Buying Credit Packs

To purchase Credit Packs, please use your xHP Pro xPro Account 's email address to order in from our Webshop webshop. This ensures will ensure that your credits will be are automatically added automatically to your Pro - Account within minutes after purchase. Your current credits are shown inside xHP. (Sidebar Menu) xHP will switch to PayPal-Invoice mode (see below), once your credits are used up.

xHP Pro Dealer - PayPal Invoice mode

Once all credits have been used up, xHP will switch to PayPal-Invoice mode. In this mode xHP will generate a PayPal-Invoice 24H after each unlock. Those invoices will be delivered to your eMail-Inbox and are due within 7 days. xHP Pro will lock itself, once invoices are overdue for a certain time-period.

The 24h Trial-Period

xPro offers a 24h Trial-Period for every vehicle (note: only for selected dealers!) 24-hour trial period for each vehicle

If your customer is not satisfied with his unsatisfied with their xHP Tune, you can “"Uninstall xHP” " and “Cancel the Vehicle-Unlock” within 24h after "Cancel Vehicle Unlock" within 24 hours of the initial unlock! Do so This is done by uninstalling the tune Tune from the vehicle. Once the uninstall is complete, press the three white dots in the upper-top right corner and select “Cancel Vehicle Unlock”'Cancel Vehicle Unlock'.

After doing this, the Credits you used to unlock the car will be automatically added back to your account.

This function is only active , if the Trial Period trial period is still running and the Vehicle vehicle is in “an "uninstalled” " state. The App will message you accordingly. Please be aware, app will inform you accordingly.

Please note that the trial - period starts to run immediately after the unlock unlocking and NOT after the flashflashing.

If you have unlocked a car, which is vehicle to be flashed later for whatever reason, you must cancel it the unlock immediately again.

Upgrade Licenses

xHP Pro Enduser xPro end users can now upgrade from a dealer unlock Dealer Unlock to a full “xHP xHP Flashtool license” Licence, including the “Map pack”Map Pack, utilizing using the “Upgrade “Upgrade license”. This way they are getting will give them access to all the functionality of the app, like application's functionality as a non-xHP Pro xPro dealer user.

These license licences can be accessed through via a link in our Webshop, which webshop that is not visible to normal regular users, so they do not cannot accidentally buy the wrong licenselicence.

Suggested Pricing for Customers & Dealer pricing

Dealers are able to can use xHP at a significantly lower price point, compared to End-Usersthan end users. The difference between our Webshop Pricing webshop price (Flash License + Map-Packlicence + map pack) and the dealer pricing is supposed to reseller price should be the margin earned by you earn. Please DO do NOT use this margin to offer xHP to customers "for on the cheap" to your customers. Although we are not able to cannot enforce this price-pricing scheme, we stroungly strongly encourage you to keep the market vital alive and play fair against with other dealersmerchants.

Selling by underrunning undercutting prices in your region will lead to a ruined market in the long run. Therefore we do We take reports about dumped prices of dumping very seriously and will take action in the case of serious underrunnings severe undercutting and /or multiple reports.

Please offer xHP for AT LEAST the pricing in our Webshop. Customers utilize at the latest prices on our website. Customers use your time, tools, and infrastructure to get their car flashed, just like as they do when bringing they bring in parts for installation. Do Before quoting a customer, make a fair calculation with of xHP License credit + labour + infrastructure + overhead costs before making an offer to a customer.
