I cannot use the Google / Facebook

Login?Should you not get

login to log in to the xHP app.

If you do not see all the login methods available Login methods on your device, please make sure ensure that you aren are not using any kind type of content or Add-Blockers like ad blockers such as Pi-hole, 1BlockerorBlockbear.

Those These can be used on your the device you want to flash with , or your on the home network your device is connected to. Blockers Ad blockers like these can block , among other things, Google or Facebook domains among others, which are needed , if you do want to use them as a Login login method with xHP Flashtool.

I cannot connect to my car?

Please make Make sure you have to the correct hardware for your car , by checking our our Connect - Diagram!
Some adapter/phone combinations require some setup to work. More information can be found in the Chapter Supported Hardware. Make also sure to Please refer to the Supported Hardware section for more information.
Also make sure you follow the instructions on “How to connect to your car".

I need help, something went wrong during the flash!

Please follow everything from the instructions in “how to connect to your car precisely ” carefully and then try again.
If you are flashing with using a Wi-Fi -Adapter adapter, make absolutely sure that cellular data and Bluetooth are turned switched OFF!

When If you are using the Wi-Fi Adapters adapters and you are still having troublesproblems, please make sure that your device ignores is ignoring all other Wi-Fi Sources, sources so that it does not change Wi-Fi mid in the middle of a flash, and also that all other devices ignore are ignoring the THOR/MHD Wi-Fi , so that they do not interfere. Please check in the corresponding relevant Wi-Fi settings.

Are there any of the following items installed:?

  • Any kind type of piggy back piggyback ECU, like JB4 for examplee.g. JB4

  • Throttle pedal tuning boxes

  • Aftermarket CarPlay Unitsunits

  • Android Radiosradios

  • any Any performance displays gauges (like Awron)

  • sport-exhaust with sound control installed in the car

  • aftermarket HUD Aftermarket HUDs (head-up displays)

  • anything Anything else aftermarket connected to the CAN -Bus bus (like mileage manipulation devicesodometer manipulators)

These are connected to the CAN and can mess up the communication, up interfere with communication to the point , where flashing it is impossible to flash the car is impossible. Please make sure they are in their dedicated service mode for flashing. If they do not have such a mode, or should if it still does not work, please unplug them or pull their fuse , for the duration of the flash.

If you continue to have issues despite following still have problems after doing all of the above, use the “Send Logs” function inside the App the "Send Logs" feature within the app and contact us at at support@rbttuning.com with with your VIN!

Issue Flashing

I have problems flashing my DKG-F

In rare cases, ARM 32Bit processors on older phones . in case can have problems with checksum correction, so if you cannot flash your car, we recommend to use using a 64Bit Android device or one of the other platforms we do support: Supported Hardware
