About xDelete
xDelete xDelete is a Smartphone/Tablet App smartphone/tablet app that allows you to configure the xDrive/xi AWD -System system of your BMW! xDelete lets you turn OFF With xDelete, you can switch off your xDrive system within 30 seconds!
What’s What's that good for? Well, BMW’s BMWs with xDrive are great vehiclescars, except when it comes to having to having fun with your car. The steering response is dull sluggish compared to their its RWD counterparts, the power distribution to the front wheels makes them the car less eager to turn in , and on corner exit you may can get lots a lot of understeer when going on the throttle. This behaviour is different per model. Despite BMW advertising a 70% Rear/30% Front base coming out of a bend.
This behaviour varies from model to model. Although BMW advertises a basic 70/30 rear/front split for xDrive, the actual torque split varies a lot significantly between models and driving situationsituations. Even the same car but with a different engine gets a different setup through from the electronic-controller of the transfer - case electronics. Some are 70/30, others are more like a permanent 50/50. Some are configured to be a bit little more responsive, others are setup to have be safer driving dynamics (and to be more boring to drive). This versatility of the xDrive System system is exactly what we use for xDelete!
OkOK, but anyway, why would I need thatit anyway? Well, there are lots of many reasons. We started development of developing this App, app because of the experiences made our experience with our 335i xDrive E92, which we used for developing xHP Flashtool. (if you don’t know it yet...check it out on Google Play now!) It’s a great car to daily drive, but when pushing to develop xHP Flashtool. It's a great car to drive every day, but when you push it, it has all the drawbacks often inherently married to associated with AWD cars and , as mentioned above. Prerequisites
In order to To safely flash your xDrive, it is mandatory to you must use the right correct hardware and prepare your vehicle. Please make sure , you don’t have any mechanical problems on your xDrive Systemthat you don't have any mechanical problems with your xDrive system. We cannot guarantee trouble-free operation of xDelete that xDelete will work properly with your car , if you already have stored fault codes! Additionally, xDelete will not flash
