In order to To safely flash your TCU, it is mandatory to you must use the right correct hardware and prepare your vehicle.  Please Please make sure you don’t have any mechanical problems on your transmission. xHP won’t cure bad mechanics. Never. If you’re already experiencing flared shifts, wrong shifts or jerks during shifts, your transmission most likely needs service or repair before tweaking don't have any mechanical problems with your gearbox. xHP won't fix bad mechanics. Never. If you're already experiencing jerky shifts, mis-shifts or bucking, your transmission probably needs to be serviced or repaired before you flash it.

Note

Don’t Do not use xHP with transmissions which on gearboxes that are not in fully operating statefull working order.

xHP will does not flash transmissions or transmission controllers outside of the car. vehicle (Bench flashing).

Although we have optimized optimised the flashing procedure process to work on as many devices as possible and to be as stable as possible, there are still factors outside of beyond our control , that can interrupt the flashing procedureprocess.

Step 4: Check for aftermarket CAN

Any aftermarket device connected to the CAN -Bus bus (like such as a JB4) needs to must be disconnected/turned OFF prior switched off before flashing any ECU on your carvehicle. Examples of units potentially causing issues for every devices that may cause problems with any flash operation:

  • throttle pedal tuning boxes

  • any performance displays (like Awron)

  • sport-exhaust with sound control installed in the car

  • aftermarket Android Headunits

  • aftermarket CarPlay Units

  • aftermarket HUD (head-up displays)

  • aftermarket immobilisers, like the “Ghost immobiliser”

  • Mileage manipulation devices

When If you change your device or made a update your software update, it is necessary that you log into you will need to sign in to the app again , with using the same email account and Login login method you used the first time.

Voucher codes can only be redeemed once to unlock a car. This Unlock unlock is then bound tied to a Login sign-in method, like “such as "Continue with Google" and the email address you used together with this Loginwith that sign-in.

This means , that you are most likely logged signed in with the wrong email account or wrong Login login method.

Should If you are still be logged signed in, go to “About” click “Logout” then click on “Login”.There you find the button "Find your account". Click on 'About', click 'Sign out', and then click 'Sign in'.

You will see a button that says 'Find your account'. Click it and follow the instructions.

Then it shows you what It will show you which account is connected to associated with your license licence and with what the method you have need to use to log sign in again (for example e.g. "Continue with Google" in the picture below its “Continue with Google):

You are trying to to redeem a product with the wrong type of voucher code, please make sure to you only use Map Pack map pack vouchers for Map Packs and Flash license map packs and flash licence vouchers to unlock Flash licensesflash licences.

Be aware, that you need to redeem a Flash license first, before you are be able to redeem a Map Pack.

  • Make sure to you have a fast & and active internet connection.

  • When If you are using a Wifi or ENET adapter, make be sure to unplug the adapter and turn OFF flight mode, off Flight Mode to get an active internet Internet connection and be able to redeem the voucher. After redeeming the voucher redemption, reconnect the Wifi or ENET adapter and switch the flight mode Flight Mode back on.

Why is this necessary?

As smartphones tend to prefer a Wifi WiFi and an Ethernet connection over the Cellular to a cellular connection (3G/4G/5G), it can happen, that some devices will may ignore the existing internet Internet connection they have , as long as a WiFi or ENET adapter are is connected to them.
